1. Service Description

QueueJumper.ie ("the Service") monitors Irish government appointment booking systems for cancellation slots. The services we monitor include RSA driving tests, Prometric driver theory tests, National Car Testing (NCT), Passport Office appointments, and GNIB/IRP immigration registration.

We offer two subscription tiers:

Alerts(€9.99/month) — You receive instant email notifications when cancellation slots are detected. You book the appointment yourself via the relevant government website.
Auto-Book(€49.95/month) — In addition to alerts, we automatically attempt to book the cancellation slot on your behalf using the credentials you provide.

2. No Guarantee of Slots

Cancellation slots are inherently unpredictable and depend entirely on third-party government systems. We cannot guarantee that cancellation slots will be found, that alerts will arrive before slots are taken by others, or that Auto-Book will successfully secure a booking. The Service is a monitoring and notification tool, not a guarantee of earlier appointments.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel. Prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to the Service until then. No refunds are issued for partial months. You can resubscribe at any time.

5. Auto-Book Requirements

The Auto-Book tier requires you to provide valid login credentials or booking details for the relevant government service. You are responsible for ensuring these credentials are correct and current. We store credentials securely using encryption at rest. We are not liable for failed bookings due to incorrect or expired details.

6. Data We Collect

To provide the Service, we collect your email address, name, service monitoring preferences, and (for Auto-Book users) government service login credentials. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to resell or broker appointment slots. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service. One account per person. Abuse of the Service may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

QueueJumper.ie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
